Auction Terms and Conditions

Auctions typically run once a month, depending on my stock. While there is no set day or time that these auctions will run, I will always have a countdown timer starting, at minimum, 3 days before an auction begins.

Auctions typically run for 3 days, but may run longer or shorter on a case-by-case basis.

Payment is due within 4 hours of the auction closing. If payment is not received within that time frame, the winner forfeits the plant and the next-in-line will receive the plant.

By placing a bid, you agree to the following:

• All bids are binding. Please bid responsibly.
• You must be logged into your account in order to participate in bids or see your auctions dashboard.
• Payment is due within 4 hours of the auction closing.
• Shipping is not included unless stated.
• Shipping day and costs will be provided after the auction ends.
• Plants are healthy at shipment; minor cosmetic flaws and shipping stress are normal.
• Variegation, color, and growth are not guaranteed post-shipment.
• No cancellations, returns, or refunds. All sales are final.
• Live Arrival Guarantee applies only if explicitly stated or if shipping insurance was purchased.
• Clear photo proof is required within the stated time if Live Arrival Guarantee applies.
• Failure to pay or communicate may result in forfeiture and future auction restrictions.
